As attention switches to party manifestos this week three people first-hand experience of writing them; Rachel Wolf, who co-wrote the Tory 2019 manifesto, Marc Stears, part of the team who wrote Labour’s 2015 manifesto, and Lord Richard Newby, who wrote the Lib Dems’ in 2017 and chaired this year’s one too, talk about how the documents come together, as well as their impact on campaigns.
