This week on the podcast, I am joined by Louise Hopkin. Louise has been a Professional Home Organizer for the past 6 years and loves to share her passion - how to unpack what keeps us tied to clutter. She openly admits she is not a naturally organized person and was drawn to the organizing world when she discovered that so many of us are tied to our "stuff" and struggle with letting go. Now as a Home Organizing Coach and with her online programs she is helping us go from chaos to calm!

On this episode we talk about the effects of being unorganized, cluttered, and having too many things on our mental health, and the benefits of a decluttered home. We also discuss the mindset changes and shifts for decluttering and organizing your home, and letting things go, the surprising ways you might be accumulating stuff, tips and tricks for maintaining an clean and organized home, and so much more!
