In his freshman season at Harvard, DMV native and Gonzaga High School alum Thomas Batties II averaged 6.8 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. The versatile forward looks ready to step into a more active role on and off the court for Harvard this season. He talks about his decision to stay at Harvard, his relationship with his head coach and fellow DMV native Tommy Amaker, and being from the DMV helped prepare him for college basketball. Batties shared what he's been working on to grow his game this offseason and how he wants to help Harvard get back to previous heights when it was the premier program in the Ivy League.
