We start off with our Sick & Shut-In list to keep players in our hearts and minds while sending ancestral healing vibes. Then we get into NWSL Free Agency! Gotham already made a move so we get Courtney's thoughts on Kelley O'Hara joining the club, and André discusses what the loss means for the Spirit. Then we both pitch free agent Debinha on coming to our respective clubs before meeting in the middle and daydreaming about her on Chelsea.

After, we review the USWNT's two matches versus Germany. We discuss the loss, good and bad, including hesitancy in the final third, midfield problem, and is there really a mentality problem or does it just look different? Then we dissect the win to see what was different, what was the same, and whether injuries are the only thing holding back or if rocky results are the fault of lessons not learned.
