SHAAKE (Spontaneous Headshake After A Kinematic Event) is the body's automatic response to shake the head in an effort to re-orient itself/vision/ proprioception after a fall or head injury. If you shake your head immediately after injury, does that automatically mean you've suffered a concussion?
