Networking doesn't need to feel cringey and icky. We have been catfished into thinking that networking = shmoozy events where everyone trades business cards and participates in insincere conversations. But if that's all we think of when we hear the word 'networking', we are missing an important piece of the puzzle - it's much easier than seeking out new people and it helps you form much stronger, more meaningful and intentional relationships.
