Flat earth twists real science but mostly uses pseudoscience and other fallacious tactics for its tools of melting minds. At some level it is understandable that people would have questions about long held truths. However, One of the strangest aspects of the flat earth movement is how they embrace science in order to disprove science. They cherry pick data, use fantastic leaps of disbelief suspension and try to mathematically disprove what math has already proven.
