Dax in his own words. I am a Christian. I am a proud husband, father, friend and counselor at law. You may be thinking, "what the heck is a lawyer doing talking about recovery?" Great Question!
My perspective comes from working with my clients who have legal problems, typically resulting from addictive behavior, and also from nearly a thousand hours of law enforcement training, the better part of a decade as a probation officer in Taylor and Dallas Counties, and literally thousands of hours in training, experience and observation working with people struggling with self-defeating behaviors and addiction.
I want to bring what I know together in one place for you, your family, and your friends for the purpose of helping you seek recovery and redemption.
I am NOT perfect and there's a pretty good chance you"ll find something here you don't agree with. That's okay! I encourage you to consume this guide and any other resources I provide.
