5. Because of His raising, Jesus grew in four areas.
6. Wisdom – A child will either get the wisdom from the Word or the world.
7. Stature – Physique and size, but also importance, prominence and status.
8. Favor with God – Personal relationship with God = Modeled by Jesus’s parents.
9. Favor with man – not man pleasers; but manners, conduct, kindness, compassion, generosity, serving, encouraging, respectful, faithful… again all modeled by Jesus’s parents.
10. If you don’t want to raise kids – then don’t have them… They are WORK!

11. Train – 2596. חָנַךְ ḥānaḵ: meaning to train, to dedicate. For training a child: related to the dedication of a house or temple.
12. Obedience and submission to parents leads to submission to God's will for a person's life and God's love to come into their life.
