Bridgett's family history goes back 3 generations in Chicago, raised on the south side, and born into a family of educators. Bridgett graduated from Howard University and Chicago State University. Bridgett had a 30-year career working in Corporate Sales that took a toll on her emotional and physical wellbeing while dealing with the microaggressions of racism and personal struggles. Bridgett shares her journey of healing in the last 3 years dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and a physical condition that challenged her to make changes in her life. She provides inspiration to women who believe they must be everything for everyone, and in the process neglect their own needs. She recently stepped into the entrepreneurial space with UpGrade Sales Consulting, LCC and is loving her sense of peace and empowerment.
