Love Life and Lose Weight is a podcast that will teach you how to become a normal eater by changing your thoughts and habits around food.
Season 1 will cover the basics of weight loss without restriction. I’ll teach you how to lose weight without feeling restricted, overly hungry, rebelling against your own wishes, or hating your scale.
By the end of season 1, I’ll teach you how to incorporate all of your new eating and thinking habits into a new way of thinking about yourself as a normal eater who can feel in control and confident around food.
I introduce myself to you and give you some personal and professional background about me.
Your Coach Homework is to journal on the following two questions:
1. Why is now the right time for you to stop contemplating weight loss and start figuring out what does work?
2. What is inevitable if you don’t lose weight?
