· Empathy, by itself, isn't that valuable. What's more valuable is Perceptual Intelligence.

· There is no consensus on what leadership is; there are many different definitions and ideas.

· The importance of self-awareness in understanding and changing our default patterns of behavior.

· By bringing our unconscious patterns to light, we can create new, more effective ones.

· Early experiences with deep emotional impact are examined to identify underlying paradigms.

· The paradigm is then owned and transformed to create a new outcome or paradigm.

· How childhood wounds can affect our behavior as adults and lead to limiting beliefs and impostor syndrome.

· Past criticism from a parent can lead to a person criticizing others as a way of coping.

· Micromanaging bosses may have a history of feeling out of control and needing to put in place controls to feel safe.
