Estimates show that by 2030, the number of overweight and obese people will rise to 1/3 of the global population, and the over consumption of processed foods plays a huge role. 61% of calories consumed in the U.S. are from processed foods. These are staggering statistics!

On today's episode, we'll be discussing the different types of processed foods, and how to recognize the good ones vs. the bad ones (some might surprise you). We'll also give you some tips on how to reduce your intake of ultra processed foods while still being able to enjoy some yummy foods!
