In this episode we share the recent events that happened over the weekend. My body completey went into the fight or flight response... it was nuts. So I focused on bringing my body back into the parasymphathetic state this weekend. Here are some tips for you:

  1. Deep Breathing: Deep breathing can help slow down your heart rate and reduce feelings of anxiety. Take slow, deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, focusing on filling your belly with air.

  2. Progressive Muscle Relaxation: Tense and then relax each muscle group in your body, starting with your feet and working your way up to your head. This can help release tension and reduce feelings of stress.

  3. Visualization: Visualize a peaceful scene, such as a beach or a mountain top. Imagine yourself there, and try to focus on the sights, sounds, and smells of the scene to help you relax.

  4. Exercise: Exercise can help release endorphins and reduce feelings of stress. Try going for a walk, doing some yoga, or engaging in another form of physical activity.

  5. Mindfulness: Focus on the present moment, and try to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This can help reduce feelings of anxiety and bring you back to a calm state.
