(Recorded on 01 Apr 2022) At the end of the last broadcast, we had just introduced the noisome and grievous sore that fell upon those who had received the mark of the beast and had worshiped his image.1 I wanted to point out that, in that reference, there is a direct correlation between these plagues that are coming upon the earth at the end of the age and the plagues that befell Egypt when Israel was amongst them. I digressed at that point and spoke of the silliness of some of the theology and preaching that we have heard before about batteries that power microchips in people exploding and causing these sores. It is nothing like that. These are both practical and symbolic references. I mean, the symbolism ties it into Israel and Egypt, and specifically ties it into the sixth plague of Egypt, where God sent boils and sores upon the Egyptians.
