The plaintiff says the defendant is his neighbor, and he’s a menace to society. He claims the man threw a rock through his windshield and side windows, and attacked his girlfriend. All the snow piled into the car, and the defendant needs to pay for the damage, so he’s suing him. The defendant says the plaintiff punched him out of nowhere, and he’s countersuing for the cost of a new tooth.
Then, the plaintiff says she bought some furniture from the defendant’s shop, but it’s junk that fell apart after a month. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says he offered to fix the furniture, but the plaintiff has buyer’s remorse.
Plus, the plaintiff says he rented an apartment to a friend and his girlfriend, but they were always behind on rent and left the place a mess. He’s suing them for the damages. The defendants say they had a handshake deal and they lived there for 12 years. The plaintiff won the lottery, and then he kicked them out.
