You might have noticed there hasn't been a podcast for the last couple of weeks. I always take a week off to really nourish myself after teaching a masterclass and facilitating the WhatsApp community because it's such intensive work.

As soon as I arrived back in the UK I got really sick and have had Covid for the last two weeks. So that's why there's not been any podcasts. But I'm feeling so much better today and have recorded a new episode for you. I'm really excited for this one because I have three announcements that I'm really excited to share with you.
