In this episode, I talk with Matt Spinx of Joe Homebuyer in Knoxville, Tennessee, who joined the Joe Homebuyer franchise in August/September 2023 and how he has grown his business since he started. He talks about his early career in plumbing and in HVAC for the past ten years and why he got into wholesaling in the first place in early 2023 after an accident at work had him watching some YouTube videos at home with Jerry Norton. Later, he learned about Joe Homebuyer and came on board to learn, grow, and accelerate his business growth. Matt shares what he loves most about Joe Homebuyer and his excitement for the future in what he is doing with real estate investing.
