In this episode I slow it all down and tell you a little bit about myself and my upbringing in order to sort of deconstruct my life and childhood to arrive at who and where I am today. All of this is sort of a therapeutic exercise to find out about what shapes us in order to find a greater understanding of ourselves in order to then find greater clarity, purpose, value, and meaning out of this life we're given. This world can be a mighty big and daunting place. Sometimes I find it helps to go back to the beginning, to inspect our lives from its start to present, to assess the past both historically and personally in order to find out truly who we really are, what we want out of life and why, and how to make the best out of our life in the here and now.
