Dolphin Cove starting to Rehire

Dolphin Cove Marine Park is in the process of rehiring staff that were laid off during the pandemic. Chairman Stafford Burrowes notes that the dropoff in traffic last year was between 70 and 80%. Since then there have been improvements, with 50% being local customers. This has prompted the need to increase staff complement.
