You don't have to look far to see that IPOs are increasing. Without question, we can say that it will take more than a layperson to navigate the ins and outs of the process. With multiple steps and legal hoops to jump through, having sound legal advice as you go through the process is paramount. Today we are in for a treat as Managing Partner, MH&Co Attorneys-At-Law, to take us through the legal considerations to be made when a company decides to go public.
