Triggers. We all have them. We all know what it's like to "lose it." You get some feedback or criticism and suddenly you blurt out something you wish, in hindsight, you hadn't said. Now, not only do you have to deal with the mess you made, but the angst of losing control. What's that about anyway?
In this episode, I discuss how we get triggered and provide a process for learning how to be less reactive.
