Lee Anne McIlroy was the Senior English Language Fellow in Tanzania for the US State Department's Office of English Language Instruction, and she has also worked as a language specialist in Tanzania and the Comoros Islands. She holds degrees in Linguistics from UCLA and CSULB. Lee Anne is currently the chair of the ESL department at Cerritos College, and she is an advocate for writing and storytelling.
