Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Sam

Sam is a mama of one from the US. She is a three-time Certified Breathwork Facilitator with 200+ hours of teacher training. She is also trained in Yoga Nidra Meditation and Energy Therapy.

She creates an experience in transformative healing using spiritual teachings, conscious breath work, somatic integration, meditation & energy work. She is deeply passionate for this work and has guided thousands of breathers in empowered transformation for the last 6 years.

And in this episode we will hear about her own empowering transformation from maiden to mother through her wild, vocal and primal birth experience.

Sam changed midwives 3 times during her pregnancy to find the right one for her home birth and she was guided by her intuition and spirit throughout.

She learnt through her birth that we are truly our own healers and that we can truly accomplish anything!
