The CrossFit methodology was never meant to just make you better at CrossFit. At it's very core, the goal of CrossFit was and still is, is to make you "Functionally Fit". Functional Fitness is a means to enable you do do more, experience more and open up your world. Go for a hike, hop on a paddle board, ride your bike, play with your kids. Making your fitness and health a priority can open the door to all sorts of new enjoyable experiences and adventures.
