It’s been a couple of years now since Rebel Wilson completed her “Year of Health”, overhauling her lifestyle and making changes that have had a lasting positive effect on both her physical and mental health. Jono Castano is the founder of Acero gym and a celebrity coach who has not only worked with Rebel, but with Rita Ora and Sir Richard Branson.
