Sunday 10th March, 2024 - North Site Speakers - Chris and Steph Leadbetter (Note: We're really sorry, but there are some issues with audio volume at some points through the message.) Chris and Steph review life at Vineyard Cardiff North site over 2023, through the lens of our core values: - A Grace-Filled Community - Kingdom Carriers - Shameless Worshippers - Courageously Compassionate - Outrageously Generous. After some inspiring stories of the Lord moving amongst us, we spent some time in quiet prayer and reflection. As a taster for next weeks message, when James will present the Cardiff Vineyard vision fro the year ahead, Chris and Steph outline three areas which they feel that the Lord is bringing to our attention as we move on into 2024: 1. Prayer - Personal - Corporate - Intercession 2. Multiplication As we grow as a church gathering, we are looking to increase: - the number of small groups; - participation in the teams that make North happen and run smoothly; - participation in the projects and teams based at our Central site which are an expression of our compassion for our communities; 3. Releasing of Gifting and Calling - "There's a move of the God coming, and we need to be ready!" We each have a unique place in the Lord's jigsaw puzzle - we want to find that place, and equip each other discover their gifting and calling so that we can all occupy our perfect position in God's family. Steph concluded the message by reading the scripture that has been spoken over us as a site since the beginning is Isaiah 43:18-19: 18 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. 19 See, I am doing a new thing!
