What's the connection between nervous system regulation and our ability to manage our addictions? Adam learned how to regulate his nervous system as a rock climber and used these mindful practices and breathwork to help him overcome his sugar addiction. He teaches us how to use our breath to connect back to our heart and help us break unhelpful thought loops. Gratitude is a direct approach to connecting to our heart and being in a parasympathetic state. Adam leads us through a short breath work exercise called Heartflow.
