Good day, folks! It's time for your daily weather update brought to you by the National Weather Service.
Today in 2 Miles South-Southwest Columbus, Ohio, we're looking at mostly cloudy skies with a high near 81 degrees Fahrenheit. The light and variable wind will shift to the northwest at 5 to 7 miles per hour in the morning.
Tonight, there's a chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 4 am, with a low around 66 degrees Fahrenheit. The north wind will be around 6 miles per hour becoming calm in the evening.
Tomorrow, expect showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 7 am, with a high near 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The chance of precipitation is 90%, with new rainfall amounts between a half and three-quarters of an inch possible.
As we move through the week, we'll see a mix of clouds and sunshine, with temperatures reaching the low to mid-80s. Be on the lookout for some scattered chances of showers and thunderstorms, especially on Friday night and Saturday.
