Eli Beer is a pioneer, social entrepreneur, President and Founder of United Hatzalah of Israel. In thirty years, the organization has grown to more than 6,500 volunteers who unite together to provide immediate, life-saving care to anyone in need - regardless of race or religion. This community EMS force network treats over 730,000 incidents per year, in Israel, as they wait for ambulances and medical attention. Eli’s vision is to bring this life-saving model across the world. In 2015, Beer expanded internationally with the establishment of branches in South America and other countries, including “United Rescue” in Jersey City, USA, where the response time was reduced to just two minutes and thirty-five seconds. In this episode, I speak on being the biggest dreamer in the room.
This episode is about my sudden discovery of Ben Francis, the 27 year old founder of Gym Shark.
I’m this episode, I bring into question my lack of understanding for Kanye West. I remember laughing at him and thinking: you will never be a billionaire! Go sit down. Go be with Kim. But I was being idiotic with a limited understanding of what is possible for any human but especially for a black person. Today, I took the time to learn more about the Yeezy Empire and I was truly embarrassed. We laugh at people’s dreams without fully understanding their sacrifices and what drives them because we simply are not driven or driven enough. Kanye experienced a near death experience. He wrote through the wire and sang that song with his MOUTH WIRED SHUT!!! SO should he not dream or attempt to walk on water. Walk Yeezy! No one laughs at Mark Z. A whole drop out who has control over all of our data. He’s a child but no black person ever laughs at M.Z. But we will laugh at YE! Why? Cause he’s black and we can’t stand a confident and determined black mind. It reminds us of how mediocre we are. Stop hating. Level up! Ignorance and fear truly plagues the black mindset. We constantly set limits on what is feasible and we are easily enthralled by the smallest accomplishments. And then we want to go shopping instead of going harder and beating our previous records. No! We need to demand more of ourselves and demand more of this world. We refuse knowledge even when it’s FREE or easily accessible. How often do we read books? How often do we attend conferences? How often to we accept to listen to someone WHO DOESNT THINK LIKE US? We are allergic to those in our community WHO PRACTICE INDEPENDENT THINKING. We refuse to try out new experiences because we think of being amongst another ethnic group is somehow an act of TREASON! Make that kind of village mindset make sense in the 21st century? It makes no sense. We are in a diverse country: let’s get to meet our neighbors! We NEVER want to be challenged. We want to be lied to and to be led. We love what’s comfortable. We love the same old same old and that’s why we honor and veneer drug dealers. Never believing that a black person can legally break the mold and be respect in his/her country or abroad. We need to do better! And I’m sorry to Ye for laughing at his dreams. I was just being a hater cause I never had his level of confidence. And now I have respect for this man’s drive. Kanye lets me know that I can be a black African woman and have a luxury beauty brand or a luxury clothing line. This man is fighting for us to be taken seriously.…
This episode is exploratory in the art of manifesting. After manifesting $10,000 and $50,000, I have decided to raise the bar to manifest $100,000 in 30 days.
In this episode, I discuss this new epidemic of black women across social media crying about how white people don’t give them this or that. Or how they are not making money like their white counterparts...when in reality, a lot of us are not willing to go above and beyond to satisfy our customers, to build an emotional connection with our audience, to invest in our equipment, to pay for coaching, to invest in books so that we can be exposed to great ideas. You cannot be great on a poor mindset. You cannot! Life is about the willingness to grow. Growth is truly uncomfortable but growth is necessary for survival. Also, we must learn community rules to producing thriving financial and communal eco spheres for prosperity. By that I mean we must respect each other, respect the intellectual properties of each other, value each other’s time and efforts, value the sanctity of each other, learn a good amount of loyalty and reciprocity. We must learn to be courteous and supportive. Stop using and abusing people who look like you. If someone helped you...say thank you. I also speak on envy because a lot of black women do simply cause they are envious. They have no real interest in a field but will do...simply because a black sister is doing it so it must be easy. We are dismissive and disrespectful towards the work and the quality of work that we see our own do. We have to change our mindset because it’s truly toxic.…
In this podcast, I speak on my lack of initiative in setting expectations for myself and for the world. And how the lack of structures in my expectation hierarchy has caused me to live in survival mode for the past 2 years. It was a horrible place to be.

In this episode, I explore why I wasn’t able to get a specific warehouse that I wanted as of yet. And by watching some of the world’s boldest innovators and thinkers, I realized that my limited beliefs stopped me from getting the warehouse. So now...I’m exploring my inner creativity to create a goal or to birth a goal in me that will justify the warehouse space.…
This episodes speaks on accountability. Stop thinking if yourself as the victim and the one that is always been done wrong. No! You had a part to play in this mess. Whether it’s your marriage, friendship, finances, business, relationships not going the way you expected them to go...you have to hold yourself account for the mess you’ve created.…
