My guest Alex Blake, is founder of PMA Obviously! and has found purpose in sharing his story, having started his wellbeing business in 2020, during the first lockdown. He has recently been recognised nationally and has been awarded the Lifestyle Coach Award for the South Coast. Today he seeks to help and inspire others to overcome the shame and fear of admitting attempted suicide and supports in the education and corporate sectors.
