How many times have you beat up on yourself for what you ‘should have’ done? Probably more than you are aware of.

Truth is we do it often. We are our own worst critic. It’s like the monkeys are running wild in our heads.

In this episode, Lou Henwood (who calls herself the ‘singing zookeeper’) and I talk about some simple strategies for ‘taming the monkeys’ that want to take up space in our heads, and some easy self care tips for taming our own inner critic.
