New Mexico’s population is 4,000 and declining. This town's fame is not one this town celebrates. A monster was lurking and using New Mexico as his breeding ground. This sadist has a sexual appetite for women who were defenseless. David Parker Drugged his victims and used sexual deviant acts with homemade devices that are made for big screen in Hollywood.
