Jason Shen is an executive coach, author, and serial entrepreneur. A Stanford alum and national gymnastics champion, he's founded three venture-backed startups, including one acquired by Meta. As the CEO of Refactor Labs, he helps outlier leaders and organizations to lead through hard pivots.
