Let's explore three qualities of energy within us known as the three gunas – Tamas, Rajas, and Sattva. These qualities represent different aspects of our being, influencing our thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Tamas, the quality of inertia and darkness. Rajas, the quality of activity and restlessness. Sattva, the quality of harmony and balance.

Lie down comfortably for this practice, cover yourself and simply close your eyes. Let's begin!
