Amanda Han is on a mission to make taxes sexy… or at least somewhat understandable. Amanda Han is a CPA, real estate investor, author, and social media influencer. She joins us on the show today to share her empire-building journey and give us nuggets of wisdom about tax planning.

As a child, Amanda Han ran around with her cousins, collecting rents on behalf of their non-English-speaking grandparents. After years of working for a big accounting firm, she decided to get back to her roots. Today, she runs an accounting business for individual real estate investors, helping them build generational wealth.

Amanda is equal parts funny, thoughtful, and genius. She gives us tips on S corps, tax deductions, and accelerated deductions. In the next breath, she tells us how she binges on social media once her kids go to sleep.
