Ian began his bookkeeping career in 2007 and founded Johnston Accountancy in 2012. Initially driven by the need to support his family, Ian quickly connected with numerous business owners, each with unique skills and goals. This insight fostered his appreciation for the entrepreneurial system, which allows individuals to own a business rather than rent their time to a company.
