In episode #4 of The Unknown Strength Podcast, we were honoured to sit down with one of Australia's most respected Martial Artists, MMA officials, Sports Psychologists and Authors, Coach Christopher Shen. Coach Chris shares with us his unique background in the martial arts and his perspective on the evolution of the different martial arts disciplines here in Australia. Having represented Australia at the highest levels as an elite Wrestler, we explore some of Coach Chris' experiences in the Wrestling world, and the founding of his very own elite Australian Wrestling team, Team Takedown.
