  2. Each season, Girl Scouts sell 200 million cookies and make about $800 million dollars.
  3. Thin mints are the most popular Girl Scout cookie.
  4. Girl Scout cookies were originally baked at home based on a shared recipe.
  5. During World War II, sugar, flour, and butter shortages led Girl Scouts to sell calendars as an alternative to raise money for activities.
  6. It was originally called the Girl Guides of America
  7. The Girl Scout cookie program is the largest girl-led business in the world
  8. Almost all Female US Astronauts are Girl Scouts.
  9. Girl Scouts started selling cookies in 1917.
  10. There are 2 different bakers of Girl Scout cookies.
