Luisa del Rosal is an entrepreneur and owner of EverLine Coatings Fort Worth Metroplex. EverLine offers a wide range of parking lot line painting, pavement marking & maintenance services. Along with running EverLine, Luisa works as a coach and consultant for organizations looking to unleash their sales & fundraising potential plus develop their organizational strategy. She also writes as a Contributing Columnist for The Dallas Morning News and serves as a Collin Powell Teaching Fellow at Southern Methodist University (SMU).
Most recently, del Rosal served as Chief of Staff for a United States Member of Congress. She was the Congressman's lead policy advisor and oversaw all staff and operations in both the congressional district and Washington, D.C. offices.
Previously, del Rosal served as the Executive Director of the Tower Center for Public Policy and International Affairs & founding Executive Director of the Mission Foods Texas-Mexico Center, both at Southern Methodist University (SMU). She was the youngest Executive Director on campus as well as the only Hispanic to head up two centers. Del Rosal had fundraising, strategic and operational responsibility over both centers, staff oversight and board relations. Her leadership role ensured that all programming, research & fundraising aligned with the mission of each center. She now serves as Special Advisor to the Centers' leadership team and teaches a class on public policy and international affairs as a Collin Powell Teaching Fellow. A leading expert on Texas-Mexico relations, her foci are education policy, cross-cultural integration, immigration and international trade.
Del Rosal and her husband, Ricardo, live in North Texas and are members of St. Rita Catholic Community
