A Chat with Heart - with Christina Martin

Dave Carroll is a Canadian singer-songwriter and social media pioneer from Halifax. Perhaps best known for creating a viral YouTube video about his bad customer service experience with an airline. United Breaks Guitars became YouTube’s #1 music video in the world for the month of July 2009. This was at a time when social media was beginning to emerge as an innovative communication tool. Dave has since enjoyed a professional music and speaking career in over 30 countries, written a best-selling book about the experience and developed a storytelling workshop to help organizations and individuals become better storytellers.
Dave continues to produce award winning music and remains most passionate about the music he creates. This includes his work in the East Coast award winning band, Sons of Maxwell and his solo work.
