Phew, that was a much-needed break… We are now back rocking and rolling for Season 2 of our Authentic Realness Podcast (ARP). Today we discuss Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). DEI is an important factor of life, allowing us all to recognize the importance of our differences in society. DEI efforts hope to ultimately bring equal treatment for all; a way of potentially leveling the playing field of life for all.
