Guess what? The Awaken With Animals podcast turned 3 years old on December 1st, 2023! Yayyyy!
It’s amazing to look back and reflect on the past 3 years, and to observe how far things have come, the many learnings, the multitude of joys, the sadness of emotion, and the tears of release. Through it all, I’m truly grateful to be here at this very moment and milestone phase.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from the collective called The Guardian Animals of Lightness (GAL), and in this episode, I’ve asked them to come forward and share a message for us all.
