Does it feel like you're being forced to choose between two worlds, and you can no longer straddle them anymore? Today I wanted to give you permission to choose, to let go of past versions of yourself and the ideologies that are not working. I know the struggle of holding onto versions of ourselves that no longer work, but I want to share in this episode the importance of making a decision and reintroducing ourselves to ourselves.
I also share where I've been, from celebrating my friend's wedding in the South of France to soaking up the sun in Lisbon, focusing on writing my book and enjoying the culture surrounding me here.
