In this episode we’re talking about our relationships with hair, including how OTHER people see and interpret our hair in the workplace. While hair seems like it should be something so simple and straightforward, Black women KNOW it’s a lot more complicated for us. The decision to go straight or natural, to wear extensions or not, to include color or not, are not just personal decisions. They can have real impacts on how others see us and how they treat us in so many places - the workplace being the one that can have REAL consequences in our lives. Come on in and take a sip with us!
