Meet Shanae Brown - Career Success Coach and the Founder of No Cream in this Coffee. Her passion is to uplift the Black community and she is doing this by changing the narrative and re-imagining the experiences for people of color. Shanae is a first-generation corporate professional in her family and has worked in the HR sector in various industries including music, technology and finance and noticed the glaring similarities of barriers and challenges that Black women face in the workplace. She focuses 100% on helping black women win at work.
The goal of HR is to maximize the company's investment in their people but the reality is that companies typically only invest in certain people. Black women are typically overworked, underpaid and do not get the same opportunities as others.
