Well that was not what we expected for the yearly ban and restricted announcement. With both modern and legacy have abhorrent numbers when it comes to both meta shares and single card play rates our WOTC overlords decided to ignore all that and unban some cool cards. Legacy gets to high tide into mind's desire and Modern gets to have an efficient cantrip. Don't mind the grixis scourge or the scam hordes.
