Dorris Dsilva moved from working for over a decade in the garment manufacturing, to becoming a Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach. Yoga helped her overcome her personal challenges that were an outcome of an abusive marriage. Now with 17 years of certified teaching experience in Hatha and Astanga yoga, she blends traditional principles with modern techniques and Ayurveda. She runs a program called Meno-wellness that is on a mission to help 100,000 women reclaim their health.
