Regina LaFrance is an author and survivor of child sexual abuse. In this episode Regina shares with us some tips that she uses in navigate through her healing journey. Regina openly shares how the trauma she experienced as a child has presented for her, the issues that it raised and how it has affected her in her adulthood.
In addition to sharing her healing journey, Regina also shares things that we can look out for as parents to help us keep our children safe. As leaders it is important for us to be able to recognise signs of trauma and to provide safe spaces for our team members if/when they may become triggered.
