The latest projection from the United Nation said India overtakes China as the world’s most populous country by the end of April. This demographic change has stirred a lot of discussion around the world on its social and economic implications.

This time we have invited Mr. Ted Fishman to join this episode to discuss what this demographic change will bring to the world and how will China adapt to a fast-aging society.
